How I STARTED

different. I made this site to answer the one main question. How did you do it? I took the time to
research everything Keto. I have read books, Google articles, and collaborated with others who have
successfully completed the Keto diet. What I learned was the more you' re prepared, your chances of
succeeding is high.

24 hours fast to reset your body
Prep your meals
Drink water when you first wake up and throughout the day.
Drink Green Tea with half or whole freshly squeezed lemon juice. Sweeten with Stevia
Green juice - Spinach, cucumber, celery, blue berries, strawberries with unsweetened almond milk. Add ginger juice, turmeric,
and apple cider vinegar.
MONDAY
Water
Green tea w/ lemon
Green juice
Omega 3 snack
Have a big late lunch with no carbs.
Steak and green vegetables.
Start 24 hours fast.

TUESDAY

Water only until you end 24 hours fast

Important Things To Know When Starting Keto and Maintaining Your Weight
Monday - Sunday
Drink water
Green tea w/ lemon
Intermittent fast daily for 12 - 15 hours
Goal is have no more than 50 carbs and 1,000 calories when on Keto
Repeat for at least eight weeks or until you have reached your targeted weight
Commit to the change and maintain your weight
Increase your carbs and calories as you increase your activity. Max is 300 carbs and 2000 calories per day to maintain your weight. Research and study
NET Carbs. If you eat more; offset with exercise and increase activity. In other words, if you eat 2,500 calories, you will need to burn 500 calories to
maintain your weight.
